DHG invests in real estate and built up a portfolio with a value of around € 400 million. In addition DHG develops high quality real estate projects. The revenues of the real estate investments form a significant part of the financial base for their development activities.
TREC advised DHG on the letting of a number of distribution warehouses located at Casablancaweg 12-14 at Atlaspark in Amsterdam. TREC conducted a letting transaction of 7,209 sqm industrial space, 492 sqm office space and 925 sqm mezzanine with Heartland Sweetners Europe. TREC also advised DHG on the rental of the warehouse space in a logistics complex located at Gyroscoopweg 4-8 in Amsterdam-Sloterdijk.
