Amberscript B.V. has concluded a lease in the office building 'De Hoop' located at the Keizersgracht 209 in Amsterdam. The agreement comprises approximately 523 sqm office space spread over the basement, the back house and the fourth floor of the office building.
The unique property is located on the prestigious canals of Amsterdam and has a basement, first floor, first, second, third and fourth floors, as well as a spacious rear/coach house, situated in the backyard, which nowadays also serves as a full-fledged office space. The office building 'De Hoop' is located in the De 9 Straatjes area on the side of the easily accessible Raadhuisstraat.
