TREC has concluded a lease with AREP Accountants & Belastingadviseurs B.V., on behalf of SynVest Dutch RealEstate I B.V., the owner of the office building located at Iepenhoeve 7a in Nieuwegein. The agreement comprises a total of approximately 748 sqm office space located on the second floor of the property, as well as fourteen parking spaces in the associated parking lot/garage. With the arrival of AREP Accountants, the property is fully let. The high-quality office building is located in the Blokhoeve district in the north of Nieuwegein, near Utrecht.
AREP Accountants provides audits, assessment and compilation assignments for its clients. In addition, she provides her clients with financial advice and is involved in tax services. During the conclusion of the lease, the interests of the landlord were represented by TREC in close collaboration with Intercity Real Estate Management, which carries out the property management on behalf of the owner.
