Cabot Properties have acquired the industrial building located at Lingenstraat 4 in Zwolle from Transferro B.V.
The industrial property was built in 2002/2003 and is located at the Hessenpoort business park in Zwolle. The plot comprises a total of approximately 17,500 sqm and the property comprises a total of approximately 10,702 sqm, of which 817 sqm is office space and 9,260 sqm warehouse space and 50 parking spaces.
The property is fully leased back by Transferro B.V.
