HighBrook Investors and Proptimize have purchased the industrial building located at Nieuw-Zeelandweg 3 in Amsterdam from Schot Vastgoed B.V. for the CityLink portfolio.
The property was built in 2008 and is located in the Westelijk Havengebied in Amsterdam. The plot comprises a total of approximately 10,957 sqm. There is detached commercial building with a built-up area of approximately 380 sqm located on the plot, consisting of a warehouse of approximately 260 sqm and an office area of approximately 240 sqm (divided over the ground floor and the first floor). In addition, there is a roof with a surface area of approximately 1,540 sqm and a shunting/storage area of approximately 7,000 sqm.
After this transaction Schot Vertical Transport B.V. becomes a tenant of the entire property.
