A company in construction, infrastructure and fitting technology has concluded a lease in the office building located at Herengracht 338 in Amsterdam. The agreement comprises approximately 209 sqm office space located on the second floor of the office building. This unique property consists of approximately 786 sqm office space spread over four floors and has a spacious backyard. At the moment there is still approximately 150 sqm office space available for rent located in the basement.
The interests of the landlord were represented by TREC in collegial cooperation with Spring Real Estate.
