Eastman Music Europe B.V. has acquired the industrial property located at Ondernemingsweg 11-17 in Mijdrecht from Den Ulft Monumenten B.V. With the purchase of the warehouse building, Eastman Music Europe B.V. fulfills its future housing needs.
The warehouse building is located on the thriving business park of Mijdrecht, the core of the municipality De Ronde Venen. The plot comprises a total of approximately 8,325 sqm and the property comprises a total of approximately 6,215 sqm, of which 1,900 sqm is office space and 4,315 sqm warehouse space and 50 parking spaces.
