The construction of the high-quality, sustainable and future-proof office building ORATO is progressing steadily. The building will be completed this summer. The Zadelhoff development comprises approximately 12,500 sqm office space spread over 16 floors of various sizes.
OZ Architects has pulled out all the stops to design a building that is as appealing as possible, including outdoor spaces, that offers a beautiful view of Amsterdam. There will be a sky lounge on the top floor where tenants and third parties can enjoy the panoramic view of Amsterdam undisturbed. The entrance area with coffee bar is designed by Maarten Baas in collaboration with Invisible Party.
