TREC has entered into a lease agreement with Infradax B.V. together with the owner of the office building located at Basicweg 12 in Amersfoort. The agreement comprises a total of approximately 1,058 sqm lfa office space as well as 24 parking spaces in the parking lot belonging to the office building.
Infradax is an international IT Lifecycle specialist, with a focus on circular IT services. Infradax offers service and hardware solutions that enable customers to minimize costs and risks during all phases of their IT life cycle.
The property is located in the business park “De Hoef”, on the north-eastern side of the center of Amersfoort. The office building has recently been renovated. With the arrival of Infradax B.V. and recently Huisartsen Eemland and Dr. Bosman, the office building was fully let within a year after the renovation.
