ClearBlue Markets has concluded a lease in the office building located at Herengracht 184 in Amsterdam. The agreement covers approximately 144 sqm office space located on the 3rd floor of the above-mentioned property. Due to the arrival of ClearBlue Markets, the office building is fully let.

The interests of the owner were represented by TREC when the lease was concluded.
TREC Development Services B.V. will renovate the office space entirely to the wishes of the new tenant.
