GEM Real Estate adds strategic location in Veghel to its development portfolio
Logistics developer GEM Real Estate has acquired the location at De Amert 207 in Veghel, a site of approximately 22,300 square meters located on the De Amert business park.
The existing building, constructed in the 1990s, is currently leased until 2028. Thanks to its location within the Eindhoven–Den Bosch–Nijmegen triangle and direct access to the A50 motorway, the property is situated in one of the most important logistics corridors in the Netherlands. This strategic position offers excellent prospects for future redevelopment.
With this acquisition, GEM takes the next step in its strategy to invest in high-potential logistics areas and create ling-term value.
