HuisartsenHulp has leased approximately 210 sqm of office space on the first floor of the monumental office building located at Herengracht 338 in the city centre of Amsterdam.
HuisartsenHulp was founded in 2009 with the aim of developing innovative and accessible solutions to practical challenges faced by general practitioners.
The unique building comprises approximately 786 sqm of office space (NLA) spread across four floors. Originally constructed around 1618, the monumental property is situated in the heart of Amsterdam and features characteristic historic details. It also offers a spacious rear garden available for use by tenants.
The interests of the owner were represented by TREC during the lease transaction. HuisartsenHulp was advised throughout the process by Flexas.
