MV Commercial C.V. has signed a long-term lease agreement with the Institute of Internal Auditors Netherlands (IIA NL) for approximately 600 sqm of office space located on the second floor at De Corridor 5 in Breukelen.
The Institute of Internal Auditors Netherlands is the largest professional association of internal auditors in the Netherlands. The organisation has more than 2,800 members working within the profession, ranging from entry-level and young professionals to experts and senior practitioners across a wide variety of sectors and organisations.
De Corridor benefits from a prominent location directly along the A2 motorway, one of the Netherlands’ most important highways, with approximately 200,000 vehicles passing daily. This makes the building an ideal base for accessing local, national, and international markets.
TREC advised the tenant throughout the lease transaction. The landlord was commercially advised by CBRE.
