InTWO Netherlands B.V. has concluded a long-term lease in the Transpolis office building located at Polarisavenue 1-101 in Hoofddorp. The agreement comprises a total of approximately 348 sqm lfa office space and 15 parking spaces located on the closed parking area.
Transpolis has various facilities, such as a full-service reception, a concierge, company restaurant with terrace, meeting rooms + auditorium, shared bicycles and its own shuttle service to and from the Hoofddorp railway station. The entrance and the outside area have recently been renovated. Furthermore, the office building will be completely made sustainable and, after the intended work, will obtain energy label A and BREEAM EXCELLENT & WELL GOLD certification.
