The retail park hosts a wide range of DIY stores such as Gamma, Kwantum, and Praxis; furniture stores including Beter Bed, Goossens, and Leen Bakker; as well as other consumer-focused businesses like McDonald’s. The retail park is located in the center of Almere Buiten.
This is the second retail park that ARC Real Estate Partners has acquired this year together with Iroko, and also represents Iroko’s largest transaction in the Netherlands to date.
The seller was commercially advised by TREC and legally represented by Baker & McKenzie. Iroko and ARC received technical advice from SGS and were legally assisted by Dentons.
