Recently, a lease agreement has been signed for approximately 600 sqm leased office space on the second floor of the Hogehilweg 24 office building in Amsterdam. As of April 1, 2025, the innovative digital commerce agencies MakerStreet Development and Touchtribe will move in.
As part of the MakerStreet network, they combine specialism and collaboration to build digital platforms that grow businesses and brands. This approach fits seamlessly with the modern and inspiring environment of Hogehilweg 24.
The office building is located in a dynamic office area that is transforming into a mix-use hotspot where working, living and relaxing come together. With direct access to the A2 motorway, Bijlmer Arena station within walking distance, a staffed reception area and ample parking, this location offers excellent facilities for progressive companies.
The interests of the owner were represented by TREC in collegial cooperation with JLL and DRS Makelaars in the conclusion of this lease. The interests of Makerstreet Development & Touchtribe were represented by AREA Occupier Solutions.
With this signed lease, the second floor is fully leased. There is still 1,770 m² l.f.a. of office space available, divided over the third, fourth and fifth floors. Each floor consists of approximately 600 m² l.f.a., where partial leasing is possible from 300 m² l.f.a. onwards.
