The departing tenant, Hedin Automotive BV, has relocated to its newly developed headquarters at Klokkenbergweg 3–5 in Amsterdam, where the dealerships for Mercedes-Benz, Ford and Corvette have also been consolidated.

Over the coming years, this area will be transformed from a traditional business park into Werkstad OverAmstel—a versatile and vibrant district integrating a variety of functions.
