Corum Origin has concluded a lease in the office building 'The Red Office' located at Wegalaan 30-46 in Hoofddorp. The agreement comprises approximately 260 sqm office space located on the second floor as well as 3 parking spaces located in the closed parking area belonging to the above-mentioned office building.
The office building 'The Red Office' located at Wegalaan 30-46 in Hoofddorp is located in the Beukenhorst Oost office park, on the southeast side of Hoofddorp. The building was renovated in 2017 in collaboration with Jan de Bouvries and is characterized by its striking color and excellent accessibility.
After the arrival of the new tenant, there is still one floor of approximately 684 Sqm office space available for rent, partial lease is possible from approximately 300 sqm office space.
