NSI has sold the office building located at Wegalaan 2-8 in Hoofddorp to SynVest. The property comprises approximately 3,000 sqm of office space and 70 parking spaces.
The building is fully leased to, among others, Murata, a Japanese manufacturer of electronic components.
The office building is located at the Beukenhorst Oost office park, on the southeast side of Hoofddorp and is characterized by good accessibility by car and public transport and the short distance from Schiphol Airport.
