TREC has concluded a lease agreement with Enjins B.V. in collaboration with Flexas and on behalf of the owner of the Oudegracht 91 in Utrecht. The agreement comprises a total of approximately 400 sqm renovated office space located on the first and third floor of the striking office building on the Oudegracht in Utrecht. Earlier this year Kambr committed itself as a tenant of the office building and with the arrival of the new tenant the office building is fully let.
Enjins builds Machine Learning engines for fast-growing tech scale-ups and innovative companies. Although creating ML models is becoming a commodity, successful implementation of ML systems is not. Enjins believes in a combination of data science, engineering and business to deliver successful ML systems.
The interests of the lessor were represented by TREC.
