Ouster Netherlands B.V. has concluded a lease in the unique monumental office building, at a beautiful location at Prinsengracht 526 in Amsterdam. The agreement comprises a total of approximately 170 sqm of office space located on the 1st and 2nd floors of the above-mentioned building. The floors are connected by an internal staircase and have two balconies and a private outdoor area at the rear.
Ouster builds digital lidar sensors for autonomy in the industrial, smart infrastructure, robotics and automotive markets.
The interests of the lessor were represented by TREC during the conclusion of the lease. The interests of Ouster Netherlands B.V. were represented by NL Real Estate.
