The business premises is located in the Westelijk Havengebied in the west part of Amsterdam. The property consists of approximately 2,000 sqm of industrial space and approximately 200 sqm of office space, divided over the ground floor and first floor and approximately 915 sqm of outdoor area for transport and parking. The property has been let to AmSpec B.V. for a long-term lease.
