Attica Immo B.V. has entered into a long-term lease agreement with PreGel Benelux B.V. for approximately 190 sqm of office space (NLA) on the ground floor of the office building located at Energieweg 1 in Utrecht.
PreGel is a leading international manufacturer of high-quality ingredients for artisanal gelato, pastry, and chocolate products. Founded in 1967, the Italian family-owned company combines decades of expertise with a strong commitment to innovation. PreGel develops and produces a wide range of flavor pastes, base mixes, toppings, and complete solutions for professionals in the foodservice and artisanal sectors. With a strong focus on quality, creativity, and customer support, PreGel operates in more than 130 countries worldwide.
The office space is located on the Lage Weide business park in the northern part of Utrecht, within a small-scale two-storey business pavilion. The building forms part of a cluster of business pavilions set in a park-like environment with extensive green landscaping, while the parking facilities are partially screened from view.
TREC advised the tenant throughout the lease transaction. The landlord was commercially advised by Ans de Wijn Bedrijfsadviseurs.
