Quan Investors has sold a business unit of approximately 853 sqm to Biloxi Vastgoed B.V. The business unit was part of the Frame Offices complex at Atoomweg 63 in Utrecht and has since been split off.
As of 31 December 31 2022, the industrial space is fully leased to Ridcher B.V. on a long term basis.
The business space is conveniently located at the Lage Weide business park on the outskirts of Utrecht, due to its location along the main road (Atoomweg), near the exit of the A2 motorway.
