Shionogi B.V. has concluded a long-term lease in the office building located at the Herengracht 464 in Amsterdam. The agreement includes approximately 479 sqm office space spread over the first floor, mezzanine, second and third floors of the office building.
The completely renovated Herengracht 464 is located on the corner of Herengracht and Nieuwe Spiegelstraat in the canal belt of Amsterdam. The property is located in the Golden Bocht; the most prestigious part of the Herengracht in Amsterdam, characterized by large stately buildings.
Shionogi B.V. (known as "Shionogi Europe") is the European headquarters of Shionogi & Co. Ltd, a leading global research-driven pharmaceutical company based in Osaka, Japan. Since 1878, they have strived to provide the best medicines possible to protect the health and well-being of the patients they serve.
During the conclusion of the lease, the interests of the lessor were represented by TREC in collegial cooperation with CBRE. The interests of the tenant were represented by NL Real Estate.
