Stroombaan V.O.F. welcomes two tenants in the office building 'Edison' located at Stroombaan 4 in Amstelveen. The office building is located at a striking location near the city center and the shopping center of Amstelveen and comprises renovated and contemporary office units.
Saar Aan Huis Nederland B.V. rents approximately 246 sqm of office space located on the second floor and RB Vastgoed B.V. rents approximately 123 sqm of office space in the business center located on the first floor of the Edison office building. There is currently still approximately 560 sqm of conventional office space and 175 sqm of office units available for rent.
During the realization of the lease agreements, the interests of the owner were represented by TREC in collegial cooperation with Brockhoff Bedrijfsmakelaars.
