Acting on behalf of Edmond de Rothschild Asset Management, TREC has concluded a lease agreement with Legal Loyalty B.V. for office space in Emerald House. Legal Loyalty, an independent notarial practice established in 2022, has leased approximately 215.45 sqm of office space on the second floor of the stylish building located at Jozef Israëlskade 46–48 in Amsterdam.
Legal Loyalty provides a full range of notarial services, with a particular focus on real estate matters. The leasing activity at Emerald House has been strong in recent months, with several successful transactions completed. Among others, Stoneweg selected Emerald House as its new office location, while existing tenant Littler expanded its leased premises within the building.
Emerald House enjoys a prime location along the Amstel canal, at the intersection of the vibrant De Pijp and Rivierenbuurt districts. The surrounding area offers a wide range of restaurants, cafés, shops, and amenities, including the Albert Cuyp Market, Cornelis Troostplein, and Scheldestraat. The adjacent Hotel Okura Amsterdam, home to two Michelin-starred restaurants and extensive meeting facilities, further enhances the high-quality character of the location.
The interests of the owner, Edmond de Rothschild Asset Management, were represented by TREC throughout the leasing process, in collegial cooperation with Cushman & Wakefield. Legal Loyalty was advised by KRK Bedrijfsmakelaars in securing the lease agreement.
