The multi-tenant office building, constructed in 2003, has an energy label of A+ and is fully leased to seven tenants.
The property is located in the modern business park Calveen, on the northern side of Amersfoort. The building offers excellent accessibility due to its proximity to the A1 motorway (Amsterdam – Amersfoort – Almelo) and the Hoevelaken junction (A1/A28, towards Utrecht and Groningen).
