Akdeniz Consulting B.V. has recently entered into a lease agreement at the Edison office building, located at Stroombaan 4 in Amstelveen. The agreement comprises a turn-key office space of approximately 78 sqm (NLA), situated on the first floor of the building.
The Edison office building is strategically located near the Stadshart Amstelveen shopping and business district. The building’s shared entrance is operated by De Huismeesters, which has created a welcoming reception area featuring a stylish espresso bar. As a result, the entrance functions as a multifunctional meeting place where tenants and visitors can feel at home, read the newspaper, hold informal meetings, and work in a comfortable setting.
