TSH has concluded a long-term lease in the representative office building located at De Cuserstraat 89 in Amsterdam. The agreement comprises approximately 450.8 sqm office space located on the first floor of the above mentioned office building as well as 8 parking spaces in the underground parking garage.

They develop and deliver new skills to grow leadership, train management, train staff and (re)discover new business perspectives.
TREC Development Services (TDS) will renovate and furnish the office space for TSH according to their wishes.
The interests of TSH were represented by TREC. The interests of the owner were represented by Savills.
