Twig Clinics B.V. has expanded its lease agreement at The Lobby, the office building located at Pelmolenlaan 1 in Woerden. The expansion comprises approximately 155 sqm of office space (NLA) on the ground floor. Following this expansion, the total leased area now amounts to approximately 530 sqm of office space.
The additional space is required to accommodate the clinic’s growing number of patients and the continued expansion of its healthcare services.
The property is located in close proximity to the vibrant city centre of Woerden and benefits from excellent accessibility due to its location near the A12 motorway and the nearby railway station, which is within walking distance.
