We are pleased to announce that TWIG Clinics B.V. has signed a lease agreement for approximately 375 m² l.f.a. of office space located on the first floor of the office building “The Lobby” on Pelmolenlaan 1 in Woerden, including 8 parking spaces in the associated parking lot.
TWIG Clinics B.V. focuses on psychological and psychiatric care for children and adults. The organization helps children and adults develop and thrive optimally by understanding psychological symptoms from their underlying causes, reducing them through treatment and by creating and stimulating a safe living environment. This is done by listening carefully to the child or adult, and/or parents and loved ones and tailoring care to the family situation or living environment. TWIG Clinics takes an integrative approach where lifestyle modifications, understanding of symptoms and professional treatment come together to improve symptoms.
The office building “The Lobby” is located in the modern business park Middelland-Zuid, on the south side of Woerden. As a city, Woerden has a unique, central location in the Netherlands, in the middle of the Green Heart. The business park is characterized by its urban design and the high-quality appearance of the buildings. The property is located near the attractive center of Woerden and has excellent accessibility due to its location near the A12 motorway and the NS railway station, which is within walking distance.
