Two successful leasing transactions have recently been completed at the Transpolis office building, located at Polarisavenue 1–101 in Hoofddorp.
Foxess.charger Netherlands B.V. has leased approximately 355 sqm of office space. Foxess is an international player in energy storage and smart energy solutions, with a strong focus on sustainable technologies and the energy transition. From this location, Foxess will further expand its activities across the European market.
Premiere Logistics (Netherlands) B.V. has leased approximately 235 sqm of office space. Premiere Logistics specializes in logistics services and supply chain solutions, with a strong emphasis on efficiency and reliability. From Transpolis, the company will further strengthen its operational and commercial activities.
The decision to locate at Transpolis was driven in part by the building’s strong sustainability credentials (Energy Label A+ and a BREEAM Excellent rating), as well as its international appeal and strategic location near Amsterdam Airport Schiphol.
With the arrival of these new tenants, a total of approximately 600 sqm of office space has been leased within the building. This further reinforces Transpolis’ position as an attractive and highly accessible office location. Situated in a prominent location along the A4 motorway, close to Schiphol Airport and Hoofddorp railway station, the building continues to attract both national and international companies.
