As of 1 March 2023, Vebego Facility Solutions has concluded a long-term lease in the striking office building 'De Henri' located at H.J.E. Wenckebachweg 210 in Amsterdam. The building includes a manned reception and coffee corner in the entrance area.
Right next to the office building 'De Henri', Zadelhoff is building the new office development 'Orato', which will be available for rent from Q2 2023. The building comprises a total of approximately 12,000 sqm office space spread over 17 floors.
The new tenant Vebego Facility Solutions is part of the Vebego family business, a powerful collective of companies where more than 44,000 employees work in cleaning, care, facility management and greenery, for customers in Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands and Switzerland. The location will be used by various Vebego companies such as: Vebego Cleaning Services and Hago Zorg.
