NSI has signed a lease agreement with Verdi Groep for approximately 650 sqm of office space (lettable floor area) on the 12th floor of Kingsfordweg 43 in Amsterdam.

Kingsfordweg 43 is located in the Amsterdam Sloterdijk business district, in close proximity to Sloterdijk station and the A10 ring road. The office building stands out for its modern architecture and sustainable design, with an A++ energy label and BREEAM-NL Excellent certification. Sustainability features such as solar panels, thermal energy storage, and a heat pump underline its environmentally friendly character. The building offers various recently renovated NSI facilities, including a shared lounge, restaurant, coffee bar, and meeting rooms, as well as practical amenities such as parking, showers, and bicycle storage.
